Worldwide Shipping
We ship all over Europe, America, Canada and Australia. Your low price shipping charge will be calculated for you. You must pay in GBP Pounds Sterling (£) only. We will not accept payment in any other currency (Paypal will do the conversion for you!).
Returns
We will refund or replace any item returned within 30 days of receipt, in new, un-used condition and in the original packaging. The cost of postage for returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility. Customers returning items must first receive a unique returns reference number by contacting us by email returns@eothen.co.uk and stating the reason for the return / exchange. Returned items must include your full contact details including your address, telephone number and email. Refunds are processed using the same method of payment as was used for purchase. Items purchased at less than the official RRP may be a special discount offer on a specific individual item/items, in which case can only be exchanged for a similar full price item if the remaining balance is paid.
